The Happy Foods – one thing I genuinely believe in. Good food can instantly uplift your mood.
I honestly do not remember when and how did I come about cooking and enjoying it so much. I guess I can attribute it to the fact that it gives me a creative space to experiment with the concept, thought, logic, the presentation and last but not the least – the fact that it’s a matter of instant gratification whenever someone has your cooked food.
While putting up a good plate is definitely an art, having good food is not – and by no means should it be a rate commodity or that someone needs to be dependent on others for it. It’s really easy – to bring together a good, simple and a healthy meal.
This blog here is a simple attempt to put across all the different recipes that I learn through experiments and from near & dear ones. Being a business development person by profession, my mind constantly thinks of ways where I can engage more audience on this blog and take it to the masses – that’s where I decided to expand the horizon of the blog from being just a recipes platform to a platform more about food in general.
From varied recipes – some easy, some a little complex to ingredients to restaurant reviews – you will find a whole lot of information here. Although these will be purely from my point of view, the views are open to debate and discussion. I would be more than happy to have a chat with anyone and everyone who would like to have one 🙂
