We eat a whole lot of different kinds of foods in our daily lives. But more than half of the times we are not aware about what is it that we are actually consuming. And the ‘we’ includes me as well.
So, to make things easier for me, I decided to read up on the ingredients – be it vegetables or spices – that I love eating in any one form. AND, document it. What better way than to include it as a part of the blog for everyone to read?
I am no nutritionist nor an expert. I learn from my elders, people who have years of experience in cooking and last but not the least – Google and the innumerable sources that it offers. What you will read here will be the knowledge that I have gained from either one of these places. I will be more than happy if you as my readers can share your input and feedback on the same. 🙂
